RECONSTITUTION (HYDRATION) METHOD
1 part of Flake should be reconstituted with 4 parts of water (100 g of Flakes + 4 dl of Water). The reconstituted product will be firm in texture and mealy without any stickness or toughness. The colour will be light golden yellow and will have the flavour of freshly mashed natural potatoes.
