Please note that:
- The login name should consist of minimum 5 characters.
- The password should consist of minimum 5 characters.
- All the fields in the New Member Registration Form are mandatory except
Homepage and State.
You can enter both numbers and alphabets for the login name and password. Except
underscore all other special characters are not accepted.

How long can I avail the free membership?

The blazelead is a collection of 114 trade portals
of which blazelead.com
is one. These portals offer a database of exporters, importers and trade leads which
are updated on a daily basis. All these portals are owned and operated by blazelead
network, a privately held company founded in 1997 and based in New
Delhi, India It provides businesses an opportunity to explore new markets and increase
business contacts in a simple, cost effective manner. Scores of businesses have

What is the inquiry Manager?
|
If you are a registered Member at
blazelead.com, you can use the Inquiry Manager
to communicate to the other suppliers/buyers.
- Inquiry Manager behaves like a shopping cart, where you can add unlimited number
of products or suppliers/buyers and send an inquiry to all the suppliers/buyers
at a single click of a button.
- Inquiry Manager provides you with the mail template. This feature relieves you from
typing a new message while sending inquiry to the suppliers/buyers. With minor modifications
you can send this message everytime you make an inquiry.
You must have a valid Member Login Name and Password
before using the Inquiry Manager.
If you are a new member, you can still use your Member Login and Password to log
on to your inquiry manager and send inquiries, even if your company is not approved
yet. In such a case, you will not be able to fill your mail template until your
membership is approved.

How can I use the Inquiry Manager?
|
- If you are in the details page of an item, click on the Send Inquiry
link.
In other pages (such as the Search result page or in the Browse products page) select
the check box on the right hand side of the items and then click on Send Inquiry
To Selected Items button.
- Enter your member login name and the password. Next, click on the Login
button.
If you do not have a member login name, then you will have to register your company
with us and get a valid Member Login and a Password.
Then, using your Member Login and Password, you can send inquiries to other member
companies.
- Edit the message you want to send to the supplier/buyer and click on the
Send Inquiry button. You can send a standard message to all the suppliers/buyers
using the mail template.

Inquiry is a proposal forwarded by a company who is interested
in buying or selling a particular product from its counterparts for business transactions.
Tradeleads are classified advertisements that you can place or
view on blazelead.com.
Various types of trade leads may include finance offers, dealer offers or products
to sell. For instance, you can post a trade lead mentioning that you are looking
for dealers for your product.

What is the authenticity of the buyers and suppliers listed at the website?
|
All information on our website is published as entered by the users themselves.
We do not verify or validate existence of companies or any of their contact information.
Although our editors remove a large number of companies from incomplete information
and we also attempt to remove companies whose email addresses bounce regularly,
these actions can by no means serve as a method of verification.
We strongly urge all our users to do the background check of contacts made through
our website to their satisfaction before entering into any commercial contracts.

To modify any information about your company and product offerings, click on the
Edit Profile link or Members login link under the Members Area category.
Enter your login name and password in the Edit member page and click on Login and
perform the following steps :
- If you want to modify your Contact Details click on edit and make changes to your
contacts and then click update now
- If you want to modify your Home Page click on Edit and make changes to paragraph
1,2,3 and their respective images(if any) then click Save and Next
- If you want to modify your Company Profile click on Edit make changes from points
1 to 6(applicable to your business) and in the Business Categories and click Save
and Next
- If you want to modify your Facilities page click on Edit and make changes from points
1 to 9(applicable to your business) and their respective images if any and click
Save and Next
- If you want to modify your Management Details click on Edit and make changes from
points 1 to 3(applicable to your business) and their respective images if any and
click Save and Next
- If you want to modify News room Details click on Edit and make changes from points
1 to 3(applicable to your business) and their respective images if any and click
Save and Next
- If you want to modify your existing products details click on Edit and make changes
from points 1 to 13(applicable to your business) and the respective images if any

- If you want to add new products to your profile click on Add More Products button
to fill the information from points 1 to 13(applicable to your business) and the

How can I add more products to my profile ?
|
- After filling up the new member registration form, blazelead.com displays you a
option for adding products into your virtual showroom.
- Fill up the Products form and click on the Add Product button. Following fields
are mandatory:
a. Product name
b. Product short description
c. Product code
d. Product rate
- Other fields under the heading Other Details are optional.
- Click on the OK List button to confirm the listing of your product. You can add
more products to the showroom by clicking on the Add More Products link of the same
page.
If you are already a member and want to add more products to the database, click
on the Edit profile link under the Members Area category.

How can I edit my company profile & update the information in Silver Membership?
|
- To modify any information about you or your product offerings, click on the Edit
Profile link under the Members Area category. Click Edit Profile to edit now.
- Enter your login name and password in the Edit member page.
- If you want to modify the company's details, select Edit Company's Profile radio
button.
If you want to modify the product details, select Edit Existing Product's Details
radio button.
If you want more products to be listed in
blazelead.com, select Add More Products radio button.

Why is my profile under editorial review?
|
|
As you make any changes in your profile, it goes under editorial review for checkpass.
As soon as the profile is reviewed by our Editors it goes live on the site again.
(This process normally takes 48 working hours)

How can I get my deleted inquiries?
|
|
|
Is there any restriction on the number of businesses I can contact or buy requirements
that I can view?
|
We have spam filters and high activity monitoring systems which may be triggered
on account of heavy usage. We usually recommend our users to not attempt to contact
more than 100 businesses a day to avoid triggering these filters.
Another way of being restricted would be by indiscriminate usage, like by sending
enquiries to people not dealing in products you are interested in.
Last but not the least, if any member reports you for spamming or fraudulent activity,
then again your membership usage could be restricted.

How do I search for a product in a particular category?
|
Searching for a product :
If you want to search a particular country's products or any foreign product, click
on the particular product tab on the home page to get the information
Click on the applicable category, if you can find your product on a top level category
you can proceed to search the product, but if you are unable to find it out you
can click on the subsequent categories to search the information.
However you can also sort your products name in alphabetical order and through by
country by clicking on the PRODUCTS NAME and COUNTRY links respectively
Searching for a Company :
If you want to search a particular country' buyers, suppliers or any foreign buyers,
suppliers click on the particular suppliers, buyers tab on the home page to get
the information
Click on the applicable category, if you can find the company of your choice on
top level category you can proceed to search the information, but if you are unable
to find it out you can click on the subsequent categories to search the information.
However you can also sort the Company's name in alphabetical order and through by
country by clicking on the COMPANY NAME and COUNTRY links respectively

What to do if I cannot find appropriate category for my product?

If you are unable to find a appropriate category at our site, then you can e-mail
us the details and if it is possible we will prepare a new category for you under
the appropriate head.
