Rotary Vacuum Pump is of oil immersed rotary van type, where not only complete assembly i immersed in oil but shaft seal is also designed in such a way that it totally eliminates possibility of suction of air through it.
It is designed to achieve maximum vacuum in a very short time. It successfully checks the rise in temperature of the unit. It reduces the water and tear of its components and makes it suitable for noiseless and trouble free performance\ for years and thus helps in reduction of repair bills.
The main assembly of pump consists of a stator with a rotary mounted eccentrically. The rotor is fitted with two spring loaded diametrically opposed vanes, which move in and out of their slots, pressing against the inner surface of the stator. when the rotor revolves eccentrically these vanes sweep the air space, two times in a single revolution creating the vacuum. The main assembly is enclosed in a square box made from fine material capable of offering toughest resistance to corrosive intakes.
It is very compact but so simple in design that all repairs, in case of need, can be carried out easily without removing the main housing from its base plate and disturbing the alignment.
GUARANTEE: Though each pump is fully tested at various stage of its manufacturing but still it is guaranteed for full one year against any manufacturing defect.
ACCESSORIES: Like Belt guard, moisture trap, vacuum gauges, non-return valve, regulator, air ballast inlet dust filter, release valve etc. are available at extra cost, if required.
