VIBROSIEVE has been designed for grading particles. This consists of circular screen having three components multi plane mechanical vibration imparted through a Gyro Motor with double extended shaft fitted at both ends with eccentric weights. The Gyro Motor (2 HP, 3 Phase, 50 Hz.) with its eccentric weights are fixed in a vibrating table and circular base assembly through rugged springs, which allows the machine to vibrate freely but prevents vibration to be transmitted to the floor. Depending on number of fractions to be separated the screens are fitted one above the other and the machine can separate up to eight fraction at a time.

This machine consist of double deck system along with feed tray for uniform separation of liquid along with solid particles in the product. The machine is provided with dust cover. The machine consist of various types of meshes (SS 304) which are supported on bonded frame.
Vibrosieve is designed for sorting grades in Tea, Chemicals, Paper Pulp, Mineral Processing, Food and Beverages, Animal feed, Effluent and Trade Waste Disposal, Pharmaceuticals, Ceramic Industries etc.

Screens are accessible for periodic cleaning without dismantling the whole machine.

Vibration is completely absent from the floor mounted circular base since it is connected through rugged springs to the vibrating table. Foundation is not required which saves the structural cost.
Since the discharge ports can be rotated through 360 degrees, it can be adapted to all the needs which is not possible with conventional vibrating screens.
By varying the flow, the screening operation can be optimized for each job, thus giving more capacity per square foot of screen surface.
By adjusting the vertical component of the vibration through the adjustment of the bottom eccentric weight, blinding of the screen by particles close in size to the screen aperture is minimized. This leads to a higher screening efficiency.
The screen cloth is held tight on the tension ring assembly due to which there is no flexing of the screen cloth giving longer life for the screen cloth.
The frames are clamped externally by simple tools by ordinary worker resulting easy and economic assembly.
